Aberdeenshire Provost* Bill Howatson
is to follow the Czech President in the choice of official
limousine.
Not so many years ago the choice of a Skoda would have brought derision on the council. But, the Provost’s new Skoda Superb should fit the bill ideally and suit the council tax payers to boot.
